On August 25, Arthur Hayes, co-founder of CEX, stated at the opening ceremony of the WebX conference held in Tokyo that the crypto assets bull run will continue until 2028, driven by changes in US stablecoin policy. The goal of the United States is to shift the 10 to 13 trillion dollar Eurodollar market into a government-controlled stablecoin ecosystem for fiscal control.
