SOLOWIN acquisition of 19% equity in Singapore payment institution GPL Remittance to布局跨境支付业务

[Golden Finance] Nasdaq-listed digital asset financial company SOLOWIN announced that it has reached an equity investment agreement to acquire 19% of the shares of Singapore's cross-border payment institution GPL Remittance, with the specific investment amount not yet disclosed. The latter currently holds the Major Payment Institution (MPI) license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

According to previous news, SOLOWIN has announced the joint launch of a Bitcoin quantitative fund with a scale of 100 million USD, which will use data-driven algorithmic trading strategies to invest in Bitcoin.
