The current market is showing a low-level oscillation trend, but when is the best time to get on board still requires cautious judgment. In the long run, we still maintain a long positions outlook.
It is worth noting that some mainstream value coins such as AVAX, NEAR, and LINK still have a significant gap in price compared to their peaks in March and December of last year. This indicates that the market still has some room before reaching the final frenzy stage.
In this case, maintaining a 75% position might be a wiser choice, especially when we have a 30% confidence that the bottom has been reached. If the market further dips to a specific price level, such as the total market cap of other cryptocurrencies falling to $280 billion and Bitcoin's price reaching $116,000, we may consider gradually increasing our position and adopting a buy-the-dip strategy.
Based on market cycle analysis, I expect a pullback to occur from the end of August to the beginning of September. If the market pulls back earlier in mid-August, there may be another wave of increase in late August, followed by a significant pullback again from the end of August to the beginning of September.
Specifically, the market may bottom out in the near term (from today until next Monday), followed by a rise for 5-7 days (approximately until the 23rd-25th), and then experience another significant correction, lasting until the end of August or early September.
Investors should closely monitor market trends and adjust their strategies in a timely manner, seizing potential upward opportunities while also being prepared for possible corrections.
