The blockchain technology new book launch event was successfully held, where experts discussed industry development trends.

Recently, a new book promotion event themed "Building a New Ecosystem for Blockchain Digital Together" was successfully held through online live streaming. The event aimed to promote the new book "Introduction to Blockchain" and discuss the development prospects of blockchain technology.

Professor Chen Zhong from the School of Information Science and Technology at Peking University and Shan Zhiguang, Director of the Information and Industrial Development Department of the National Information Center, attended the event as the chief editors of the book and shared profound insights on Blockchain underlying technology and industry development trends.

Dan Zhiguang pointed out that blockchain is essentially a distributed database that provides trust attributes. As an emerging data storage and transmission method based on the internet, blockchain can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the internet in terms of credibility. Chen Zhongze emphasized that to fully leverage the potential of Blockchain, efforts need to be sustained in five directions in the future: strengthening independent innovation, promoting standardization, deepening industrialization, supporting regulatory technology innovation, and advancing the modernization of social governance.

Multiple experts and scholars involved in the writing were invited to participate in the roundtable forum to discuss the integration of industry, academia, and research in the path of Blockchain. Professor Deng Jianpeng from the Law School of Central University of Finance and Economics believes that NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) provide proof of uniqueness for digital assets and may be widely applied in areas such as asset on-chain in the future. Xiang Lipeng, a senior engineer at the Electronic Five Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stated that Blockchain is empowering the government affairs system and promoting the development of social governance towards digitalization, intelligence, refinement, and legalization.

Pei Qingqi, the executive director of the Shaanxi Provincial Blockchain and Security Computing Key Laboratory, pointed out that the combination of blockchain and privacy computing technology can significantly enhance the credibility and value of data, and is expected to promote the transformation of the data market. Tan Min, the leader of the Digital Economy Technology Promotion Group at China Mobile Design Institute, predicted that the future reconstruction of the internet will be based on the integration of blockchain, privacy computing, and distributed technology.
