The cryptocurrency company K33, based in Norway, has just launched a Bitcoin treasury strategy by raising 60 million Swedish krona (6.2 million USD) to purchase BTC, aiming to expand new products and services.

The funding consists of 15 million SEK from the issuance of new shares and warrants, along with 45 million SEK from a convertible loan.

CEO K33, Mr. Torbjørn Bull Jenssen, emphasized that Bitcoin will play a strategic role in the global financial system and be a driving force for product development for the company, including margin trading and BTC-backed lending.

K33's Q1 revenue reached 450 million SEK (46.6 million USD), an increase of 200% compared to the same period last year. K33 is currently pursuing a Bitcoin accumulation strategy similar to Strategy and Metaplanet.
